Absolutely excellent! Received an email from Direct2florist stating that there was still time to order for Christmas, so I took them at their word and tried to order. The first available date was 05 Jan so I thought I???d have to settle for that. I have used Floral Box twice now. The first time was over the phone and they were brilliant. Second time I used the website, which was easy to use. On both occasions the flowers were delivered on the requested day and location and the bouquets were fantastic. My wife was very happy with them !!

Really delighted with my order. I placed it on a Monday and florist kindly called me to say if I didn't mind waiting 24,hours the flowers would be fresher and more varied. He also truthfully told me I wouldn't get the exact flowers in the picture. I appreciated both pieces of information and was just grateful to get any flowers in the middle of Lockdown! The flowers were absolutely beautiful and the person who delivered them helped further as the recipient had an injured foot but was delighted with the 'cheerup ' basket of fresh flowers. Thanks so much. Will use again.

I have used Floral Box on many occasions however on this occasion was a little disappointed.
